Kochi: The producers of the movie Aadujeevitham have accused the Kerala Cricket League team, Kochi Blue Tigers, of using A. R. Rahman's music without authorisation. The complaint, filed by Visual Romance, states that the promo song "Hope" from the film Aadujeevitham was used to promote the Kochi Blue Tigers team.
The producers claim that they had transferred the rights of the song to a UK-based company. The song rights were transferred to Subash George Manuel’s company, which also owns the Kochi Blue Tigers. However, rights to edit or remix were not given. A notice has been sent to the Kerala Cricket Association, regarding the same.
