A viral image claiming to show a new Bangladesh Forest Department uniform has left social media amused and confused

A viral social media post claiming to show a new uniform for the Bangladesh Forest Department has left the internet both amused and confused. The unusual design has caught everyone’s eye, with users debating whether it is genuine or part of a viral trend.
The post, shared on X, carried the caption, “New uniform of the Bangladesh Forest Department.” Along with the text, it featured two men posing in what appeared to be an office or public space.
Both people were dressed in identical outfits that immediately stood out. Their shirts featured tiger-stripe patterns in shades of brown and black. The shirts were neatly tucked into their trousers, and they wore belts, ID cards, and badges, giving the appearance of an official uniform.
However, the trousers drew even more attention. They had a snake-skin design, with large, scale-like patterns covering the entire fabric. The men also wore black boots, completing the unusual look.
As the post gained traction, social media users responded with a mix of amusement and disbelief. One comment read, “I thought it was a wax figure and its base model, lol.”
Others joked about the combination of animal prints. “Gonna confuse the snakes and tigers at the same damn time,” one user wrote. Another added, “got tiger on top, python on the bottom… full ecosystem.”
Questions over authenticity
Amid the humour, some users began to question whether the image was real. One person shared a screenshot suggesting, “that’s AI generated.” Another user turned to Grok, asking, “source me this fit.”
The response from Grok stated, “This tiger-shirt + snake-pants ‘uniform’ is a viral meme hoax. It’s AI-generated or edited, not real Bangladesh Forest Department gear. No official announcement, tender, or photograph exists. It is simply meme content from the past 24 hours.”
