
Kozhikode: Aster MIMS KOzhikode is poised to become the largest solar-powered hospital in Kerala. The hospital has completed the setup of a massive solar plant with a capacity of 10 megawatts in the Kasargod district on land allotted by the state government. 6.5 MW capacity will be utilised for full-time operations of Kozhikode Aster MIMS while the surplus will benefit Aster MIMS in Kannur. Starting April 1st, this expansive solar facility will commence electricity generation.
To boost solar energy production, the state government is extending comprehensive support, including the allocation of required land in the Kasargod district. This eco-friendly venture has been swiftly implemented by Aster MIMS in collaboration with Usolar Assetco Two Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of commercial solar solutions.
