As per the provisions laid down in the prospectus, only Keralites are eligible for communal/special reservation or any fee concession

The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram–695001, has opened a facility for candidates who have submitted online applications to CEE for admission to Kerala Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture, Medical, and Medical Allied courses (KEAM 2026) to verify their profiles and rectify defects, if any.
Candidates can view their profile page (except NRI quota–related details) by logging into the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal available on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in using their login credentials (Application Number and Password).
Candidates can verify details of the claims already allowed with respect to nativity, reservation, fee concession, and personal details such as name, photo, and signature.
Candidates who have any defects in their application can view them by clicking the ‘Memo Details’ menu item on the profile page.
Defects can be rectified by uploading valid documents or correcting the name, photo, or signature, as applicable.
Candidates whose name, photo, or signature displayed on the profile page differs from their actual details can report the issue via email (ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in) with the subject ‘Profile Defect’ by 6:00 PM on 10.05.2026.
Documents or certificates sent to the Office of the CEE by any mode other than through the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal, whether in response to memos or otherwise, will not be considered for any fresh claim.
As per the provisions laid down in the prospectus, only Keralites are eligible for communal/special reservation or any fee concession. Candidates who have not been accorded ‘Keralite’ nativity status will not be considered for reservation or fee concessions. Therefore, defects in nativity proof mentioned in the memo on the Candidate Portal should be rectified by uploading valid documents, even if there is no memo regarding reservation or fee concession claims, if such claims are to be confirmed.
Only candidates who qualify in the entrance examination for Engineering courses and submit their Plus Two (or equivalent) marks online within the stipulated time (to be announced later) will be included in the Engineering rank list.
Only candidates who qualify in the entrance examination for the Pharmacy course will be included in the Pharmacy rank list.
Candidates who have claimed eligibility under the NRI quota will be given an opportunity to rectify defects later through the Candidate Portal.
