Option registration for the third phase can now be completed through the official CEE website until 5 pm on February 10, 2026.
The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has extended the last date for option registration for the third phase allotment to PG Medical Courses–2025 in the state.
This extension is in continuation of the CEE notifications dated January 27, 2026.

Option registration for the third phase can now be completed through www.cee.kerala.gov.in until 5 pm on February 10, 2026. Based on the options received within this deadline, the third phase provisional allotment will be published on February 12, 2026, followed by the final allotment on February 13, 2026.
Candidates who receive an allotment must report to the allotted institution between February 14, 2026 and 4 pm on February 17, 2026.
Candidates who vacate their seats after 5 pm on February 10, 2026 will not be eligible to participate in the third phase or any subsequent allotment phases. Any options registered by such candidates for the third phase will be cancelled. This date and time will serve as the cut-off for relinquishing admission without incurring any penalty.
The deadline for rectification of defects in documents has also been extended until 5 pm on February 10, 2026.
The final revised rank and category lists will be published on February 11, 2026.
