AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) has given an opportunity to candidates who have already registered & submitted the application form for AACCC-UG Stray Vacancy Round (SVR) Counseling 2025 and want to edit/correct the submitted information to edit/correct their registration/application form.

All registered candidates who have inadvertently filled in wrong information or want to edit/modify the information submitted in the registration form on the portal can make use of this opportunity to edit/correct their registration/application form.

Candidates who submitted the application form but still have not locked their choices can avail of this facility till 10 am on 05.11.2025.

To avail this facility, candidates need to log in to the AACCC portal, https://aaccc.gov.in/ and then click on the ‘Registration Unlocking’ tab, which is available under the ‘Available Services’ section.

This facility is available as a one-time measure.

After availing said facility once, no further request in this regard will be entertained by the AACCC, National Commission for Indian System of Medicine.
