Visit the Kerala PSC Thulasi Portal

Step 1: Go to the official Kerala PSC Thulasi website: https://thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in. Click on the “New Registration” link.

Step 2: Create a New Account

Enter Basic Details:

  • Full Name (as per official records)
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Nationality

Contact Information:

  • Active mobile number (you will receive OTPs and alerts here)
  • Email ID

User ID and Password:

  • Set a unique user ID (easy to remember)
  • Set a secure password. (Ensure it meets the requirements mentioned)

Security Question:

Select a security question and provide an answer for account recovery.

Step 3: Upload Documents

Photo:

  • Upload a recent passport-sized color photo (in JPG format)
  • The photo should have your name and the date of photo capture printed at the bottom
  • Size: Maximum 30 KB

Signature:

  • Upload a scanned signature (in JPG format)
  • Size: Maximum 30 KB
  • Image Dimension: 150W X 100H px, Image Type: JPG

Step 4: Fill in Educational Details

  1. Enter your educational qualifications (SSLC, plus two, degree, etc.)

  2. Upload certificates (if required)

Step 5: Submit and Activate Account

  1. Review all details carefully

  2. Click on “Register” to complete the process

  3. Verify your account via the OTP sent to your mobile or email

Step 6: Log In and Complete Profile

  1. Log in to the Thulasi portal using your user ID and password
  2. Update your profile with any additional details like:
    - Work experience
    - Community certificate (if applicable)
  3. Select the jobs/exams you want to apply for from the notification tab
