Thiruvananthapuram: Former Deputy Secretary of the Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC), P. Satheesh, has been arrested in connection with the examination fraud case linked to the Planning Board recruitment scam.

Satheesh was arrested from Kozhikode. He was named an accused in the case recently and was in charge of the examination section.

He was also responsible for evaluating the controversial examination papers at the centre of the case.

Satheesh retired from service last year.
