Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata- has invited applications for admission to various Undergraduate and Post Graduate programs of the Institute for the Session 2022-23
Programs and eligibility for admission are as follows:

Bachelor of Statistics (Hons)/Bachelor of Mathematics (Hons): 10+2 /equivalent with Mathematics and English as subjects. (Offered at Kolkata and Bangalore respectively- 3 years Programs); Stipend: Rs. 5000/- per month for both.

Master of Statistics (Delhi); Master of Mathematics (Kolkata); Master of Science in Quantitative Economics (Kolkata and Delhi); Master of Science in Quality Management Science (Bengaluru and Hyderabad); Master of Science in Library and Information Science (Bengaluru): Bachelor’s degree of three or more years’ duration, in any discipline; Stipend: Rs. 8000/- per month. All are 2 year Programs.

Master of Technology in Computer Science (Kolkata); Master of Technology in Cryptology and Security (Kolkata): 4-year B.Tech./B.E. (or equivalent) degree in any stream or (ii) a Master’s degree in any subject with pass in Mathematics at the 10+2 level; Stipend: Rs. 12400/- per month. Both are 2 year Programs. A candidate with a valid GATE score in his/her own subject is eligible for admission through direct interview.

2-year Master of Technology in Quality, Reliability & Operations Research: (i) a Master’s degree in Statistics with Physics and Chemistry at the (10+2) level or (ii) a Master’s degree in Mathematics with Statistics as a subject at the undergraduate or post-graduate level and Physics and Chemistry at the (10+2) level or (iii) a B.E./B.Tech. degree or any other qualification considered equivalent (such as AMIE). (Offered at Kolkata); Stipend: Rs. 12400/- per month.

Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Computer Science, Quality Reliability & Operations Research; Physics and Applied Mathematics; Geology; Biological Science; Library and Information Science. Fellowships for JRF will be Rs. 31000/- per month.

Applications have also been invited for admission to 1-year Post-Graduate Diploma in (i) Statistical Methods and Analytics (ii) Agricultural and Rural Management with Statistical Methods and Analytics (iii) Applied Statistics.
Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in written test(s) to be held on 8th May 2022 and interviews conducted by the Institute.

Application Fee is Rs. 1250/- for all Male applicants in the unreserved (General) category; Rs. 750/- for all Female applicants in the unreserved (General) category; Rs. 625/-for reserved (OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD/EWS) category candidates.
