The allotment is based on the rank in the Kerala State Merit List & Category list and based on options filed by the candidates. The additional seats sanctioned after the First Phase allotment and the vacant seats resulted from the quitting of the first phase admission have also been included for the Second Phase final allotment.
To view the allotment result, candidates should log on to the ‘PG Medical 2024 - Candidate Portal’ at www.cee.kerala.gov.in by submitting their Application Number and Password and then click on the link ‘Allotment Result’.

Those candidates who do not join the Colleges allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment. If a candidate, currently admitted in a seat through first phase, has secured an up-gradation to a higher option in the second phase, the candidate will lose the first phase seat. The candidate must join the newly allotted seat within the last date of joining specified for the second phase, failing which the candidate will lose the newly allotted seat also and will not have any allotment in state counselling at the end of first two phases.
Those candidates, who have uploaded sworn affidavit of sponsor in case of memo for defect rectification in visa validity expired/expiring for NRI claim, have been included provisionally in the allotment. There will be facility for fresh option registration in the Third Phase. Applicable category conversions of seats will take place in the Third Phase Allotment.
Those candidates who wish to vacate the seats joined through First/Second Phase allotments will be provided a time window to exit the seat, prior to the Third Phase allotment.
Any vacancies remaining after the Third Phase allotment will be filled by conducting stray vacancy filling allotment. If vacancies exist even after the initial stray vacancy filling allotment and if there is sufficient time before the cut-off date for admissions prescribed by National Medical Commission, additional stray vacancy allotments may be conducted based on the options registered for the Stray vacancy filling allotment.
