
Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has commenced the activities related to the first round Stray Vacancy Allotment to fill up the vacant seats that exist/arise after the vacant seat allotment for admission to LLM Course in the Government Law Colleges and Private Self- Financing Law Colleges for the year 2024-25 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in
Those who figure in the rank list of LLM Course 2024 published by the CEE and satisfy the eligibility criteria as per clause 9 in the Prospectus can register fresh options and participate in this phase of allotment.
Those who have already been admitted will not be eligible to participate in this phase and subsequent phases of allotments. Those who have got allotment in vacant seat allotment will not be eligible to participate in this phase and subsequent phases of allotments.
Vacancies remaining after the vacant seat allotment has been published at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Probable vacancies due to category conversions will also be filled up in the stray vacancy allotment based on the options in this stray vacancy allotment. Hence candidates may take into account probable vacancies also.
Option Registration can be done till 3 pm on 03.01.2025. Allotment and Institution Joining Schedule will be notified later.
Candidates who get allotment in this phase have to join the allotted college with all the original certificates as given in the prospectus clause 19 within the stipulated time to be announced by the CEE and should remit applicable tuition fee, other fees and the deposits (if applicable) in the allotted colleges at the time of admission.
The seats received through stray vacancy allotment cannot be changed further. Candidates who are allotted a seat in the stray vacancy allotment, irrespective of the admission status, will not be eligible for any subsequent allotments.
If vacancies exist/arise, after the Stray Vacancy Allotment, those vacancies will be filled through second round Stray Vacancy Allotment. For this round, options registered by candidates during this round Stray Vacancy Allotment will not be considered.
Allotment shall be subject to the final order/affiliation/approval of the Govt./University concerned.
Registration Fees: Candidates who wish to register options in stray vacancy seat allotment will have to pay separate registration fees to the CEE as per the details given in the Notification.
Registration fee has to be remitted by way of online payment.
The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. If a candidate gets allotment and does not join within the stipulated time, the option registration fee will be considered as penalty and will not be refunded. Option registration fee of the candidates who quit the seats after taking admission will be considered as penalty and will not be refunded. Refund of option registration fee for the eligible candidates will be made only after the completion of allotment process and will be notified.
