Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has reopened the facility to submit fresh online applications for admission to Ayurveda (BAMS), Homeopathy (BHMS), Siddha (BSMS) & Unani (BUMS) Courses for the academic year 2024-25 prior to stray vacancy round 2. 

Qualified candidates who have not yet registered online applications can avail this facility up to 11 am on 18.11.2024, through www.cee.kerala.gov.in as per the conditions mentioned in notification No CEE/152/2024-TA1 dated 26.03.2024 available at the website. 

Those who have qualified for admission based on the revised minimum qualifying percentile criteria in NEET UG 2024 can also submit online applications now. The minimum qualifying percentile has been lowered by fifteen percentile. Accordingly, the revised cut off is as follows: UR/ EWS- 35th percentile, OBC- 25th, SC/ST- 25th, PwD (UR/EWS)- 30th, PwD (OBC/SC/ST)- 25th. 

Those who now wish to submit applications to the CEE for admission to Professional Degree Courses through KEAM-2024, can register through the link ‘KEAM 2024-Online Application’ provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in. On clicking the link, applicant will be directed to a web page containing the online application. After completing the 5 steps for submission of the online application illustrated in clause 7.4 of the Prospectus for KEAM 2024, candidate should download the Application Acknowledgement Page and keep a copy of it for future reference. Candidates need not send the printout of the Acknowledgement page or other documents to the office of the CEE.

The Stray Vacancy allotment will be conducted to fill up the currently available vacant seats after First Round of Stray Vacancy Allotment and vacancies arising, if any. The net vacant seats after First Round of Stray Vacancy Allotment has been published. Fresh applicants, who find a place in the rank list, can participate in the second round stray vacancy filling allotment, subject to the condition that none of the allotments/admissions carried out in the previous allotments are disturbed.

Candidates who have already submitted applications to the CEE under KEAM 2024 as per earlier Notifications should not submit fresh applications. Multiple applications will lead to the cancellation of candidature as per the KEAM 2024 prospectus conditions. 

Fresh applicants who wish to be considered for admission to various reservation category seats or for any income based fee concessions, should submit, along with the online application, the required supporting documents (Community Certificate, Non Creamy Layer Certificate for State education purpose, EWS certificate, income certificate, etc. as the case may be) to substantiate the claims for reservation or fee concession. There will be no opportunity to submit supporting documents later under any circumstances. The reservation claims will be considered only against the reservation categories available after the first round of Stray Vacancy Allotment. 

All candidates must go through the eligibility conditions, academic qualifications, documents required etc., in the Notification dated 26.03.2024 and Government approved Prospectus for admission to Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Medical & Medical Allied courses available in the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in before the submission of fresh application.
