Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak, has invited applications for Post-Doctoral Fellowship in the areas of Economics and Public Policy, Finance & Accounting, Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing & Strategic Management, and Operations Management & Quantitative Techniques.
Eligibility: Applicant should hold a Ph.D. Degree or equivalent completed within five years. The thesis must be in appropriate disciplines. Applicants must have a consistently good academic record and should have demonstrated research potential.
Duration: Post-Doctoral fellowship will be for a maximum period of 2 years. There will be a review every six months. The continuation of the scholar in the second year will be based on outstanding performance and recommendations by the Post-Doctoral Supervisor after review.
Age: Applicant should preferably be below 35 years of age.
Benefits: Consolidated Fellowship Amount will be between Rs. 50,000/- and Rs. 70,000/- per month
Accommodation: Suitable Hostel accommodation as per IIM Rohtak norms will be provided if requested subject to availability.
Selection: Selection will be made through an interview of the short-listed candidates by Committees.
Completion Certificate: Successful completion will result in the award of certificate.
Post-Doctoral Fellow work is related to research projects. It will not lead to any degree diploma or /and any academic qualification or credentials.
