Kerala Agricultural University Vellanikkara, KAU P.O., Thrissur - 680 656, has invited applications for admission to the various programs being conducted in RF (Revolving Fund) Mode in constituent colleges/institutions for the academic year 2025-26.

The Programs and study centres are as follows

B.Sc. programs: (i) B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture at Regional Agricultural Research Station, Kumarakam, Kottayam; (ii) B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture at College of Agriculture, Vellanikkara, Thrissur (40 seats each)

B.Tech. Program: (i) B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering at Kelappaji College of Agricultural Engineering and Food Technology, Tavanur, Malappuram (53 seats).

Admission to the programs will be on the basis of KEAM 2025 rank lists and CUET (ICAR-UG) 2025 in the ratio 80:20.

80% of seats in each B.Sc. program (32 seats) will be filled from the NEET-KEAM Medical Rank List 2025 to be published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala. 80% of seats in the B.Tech. Program (42 seats) will be filled from the KEAM rank list 2025 to be published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala.

20% of seats for all programs (8 for B.Sc. and 11 for B.Tech.) are to be filled from candidates of the CUET (ICAR-UG) 2025 entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency.

Reservation rules as per the KEAM Prospectus—2025 will be applicable in the selection for KEAM rank-based admissions.

Application: Application can be submitted online at https://admissions.kau.in/ after registration, on or before 30.06.2025. Applicants should also upload the required documents as listed in the notification.

The application fee is Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/ST (Kerala Nativity)/differently abled). The application fee can be paid online by using the internet facility ‘SB Collect’ of the State Bank of India, for which a link will be provided in the admission portal and an online payment receipt can be generated. It can also be remitted directly at any branch of the State Bank of India by showing the challan generated through ‘SB Collect’. Details are given in the notification.

After submission of the application, the applicant may take a printout of the confirmation page of the online application submitted and keep it for future reference along with a copy of proof of fee remitted. Applicants are not required to send the printout to the Kerala Agricultural University.

Provisional rank lists and rejected applications lists will be published at https://admissions.kau.in/. Candidates will be admitted in accordance with their rank on the date and time of admission to be published by the university on the website. No individual communication will be sent to any candidates in this regard.

The course will be offered only if a minimum of 50% of total intake capacity for each program is filled.

Candidates should frequently visit the website to know their time of admission.

Since these academic programs are conducted under the revolving fund mode, fee concessions will not be available to applicants eligible for reservation. On admission to the university, eligible candidates may apply for e-Grantz of the Government of Kerala through Kerala Agricultural University (KAU).

The semester tuition fee for BSc Agriculture and BSc Horticulture is Rs. 97,760/-. For B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering, the fee is Rs. 47,760/-.

The caution deposit will be Rs. 2,00,000/- for B.Sc. programs and Rs. 1,00,000/- for B.Tech. programs. Candidates will have to pay other fees also, as given in the prospectus.
