Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, has invited applications for admission to the Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry Course of 51/2 years’ duration (including one-year Internship) for the Session 2021-22.

The course is run at Rajiv Gandhi South Campus (RGSC), Barkachha, Mirzapur. The fee is approximately Rs. 56089/- per year. There are 60 seats of which 15% (9 seats) will be filled by Veterinary Council of India.

Eligibility: Applicant should have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or the Indian School Certificate Examination or Intermediate examination or equivalent examination in Science from a recognized Board/University with Biology (Zoology & Botany), Physics, Chemistry and English securing at least 50% marks in aggregate (47.5% for SC/ST/OBC/PC categories) and must have passed each of the aforesaid subjects individually. 

Age: Applicant should not be less than 17 years and not more than 25 years on 31st December 2021. Applicant should be born on or after 31st December 1996 and on or before 31st December 2004. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST/PC categories and by 3 years for OBC applicants.

Applicants should have appeared in NEET 2021.

Application Form: Applications are to be registered online at www.bhuonline.in latest by 06.02.2022. Prospectus is also available at the site. 

Application fee is Rs. 450/- for SC/ST/PC and Rs. 900/- for others. Fee can be paid Online through credit card/ debit card. 

Correction/Editing in Online Application Form can be done during 07.02.2022 and 11.02.2022.
