IIIC Chavara invites applications for PG, advanced diploma and certificate programmes for 2026-27 admissions.
The Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction (IIIC), established by the Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence (KASE) under the Department of Labour and Skills of the Government of Kerala, has invited applications for admission to various Post Graduate, Advanced Diploma and Certificate Programs for the Academic Year 2026-27.
Postgraduate Programs include (i) Advanced Construction Management, (ii) Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management, (iii) Building Information Modelling, (iv) Interior Design and Construction, (v) Road Construction Management, (vi) MEP Systems and Management, (vii) Hospitality Management

For PGP in Hospitality Management, those with Degree in any discipline can apply. For other Programs, those with B.Tech Civil/equivalent; B.Tech ME/EEE/Production/equivalent, B. Arch can apply to specific Programs. Program-specific eligibility conditions are given in the Notification at https://iiic.ac.in/admission/
All courses are of 1-year duration and admit 40 students.
Advanced Diploma Program: (i) Quality Assurance and Quality Control (ii) Quantity Surveying and Contracts Management (iii) Geographic Information System (iv) Building Information Modelling (v) Interior Design (vi) MEP Systems and Facility Management (vii) Environment Health and Safety Management (all 6 months).
For Advanced Diploma Programs, depending on the Program, eligible qualifications include B.Tech in specified branches, B. Arch, BA Geography, any UG Degree in Science, Diploma in specified branches with specified experience or ITI with specified experience. There are 40 seats for each Program.
Selection: Selection will be based on Aptitude Test in Engineering (ATEiiic), the eligibility entrance examination for all academic programs offered by the institute (Postgraduate and Advanced Diploma). Details on the test are given at the website. ATEiiic will be conducted online on June 10, 2026. There is no upper age limit to appear for ATEiiic for admission to the regular programs.
Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) scheme: For PG Programs except PGP in Hospitality Management and Advance Diploma Program except Geographic Information System, top performers in the ATEiiic aptitude test, group discussion, and interview will get an opportunity to join the Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) program offered by different companies. In this program, selected Graduate Engineer Trainees will be hired by the companies. Such candidates will receive an offer letter and will undergo training at IIIC for six months or one year. Candidates selected by the company must follow the mandatory terms and conditions. including the eligibility criteria specified by the respective company.
Admission to regular programs will also be based on marks obtained in ATEiiic.
The institute also offered a Certificate Program in Food Production. Eligibility is Plus Two.
The fee structure for all Programs is given in the Notification.

The application fee of Rs.600/ can be paid online while applying.
