The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 series is shaping up to bring notable upgrades across display, battery, and camera hardware.

Samsung is gearing up to unveil the Galaxy S26 series early next year, and while leaked renders have already surfaced from reliable tipsters, the company’s own One UI 8.5 software now appears to reveal the phones ahead of schedule.
A closer examination of the latest One UI 8.5 build by Android Authority reveals what appear to be official renders of the upcoming Galaxy S26 lineup. One image highlights a device labelled with the codenames M1 and M2, while another showcases a model tagged M3. Based on earlier leaks, M1 and M2 correspond to the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus, while M3 is associated with the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
The renders of the Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus closely match the visuals previously leaked on social media, featuring a triple-camera setup arranged vertically within a redesigned camera island. The Galaxy S26 Ultra images back up earlier leaks as well, showing three vertically stacked cameras in the main array, accompanied by two additional sensors positioned alongside the island.

These aren’t the only clues pointing to Samsung’s next flagships. Recent findings within One UI 8.5 also reference Super Fast Wireless Charging and Super Fast Charging 3.0, suggesting notable upgrades in both wired and wireless charging speeds for the Galaxy S26 series.

The Galaxy S26 and S26+ are likely to feature a new 50MP main camera, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a revamped 12MP telephoto camera. Across all three models, Samsung is expected to keep the 12MP selfie camera, enhanced through improved AI processing.
