Nothing Phone 4a series launch date, expected India price, sale timeline and specifications revealed.

Nothing is preparing to unveil its next wave of smartphones in India and international markets on March 5, 2026. The company has confirmed that it will introduce two new models — the Nothing Phone (4a) and Nothing Phone (4a) Pro — a day after a major event hosted by Apple. Alongside the smartphones, industry chatter indicates that the brand could also present the Nothing Headphone (a), expected to serve as a more affordable alternative to its earlier audio offering.
With the official debut just two weeks away, multiple leaks have shed light on the likely pricing, availability schedule, colour variants and key specifications of the upcoming devices.
Nothing on Wednesday posted a GIF on X (formerly Twitter) showing a smartphone on a factory assembly line, hinting at final preparations, with the caption “Finishing touches.”
Nothing Phone (4a) series: Expected price in India
A report from Dealabs suggests that the Nothing Phone (4a) may carry a starting price of €409 in France for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage version. The 12GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration is tipped to cost €449.
For the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro, the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant could be priced at €499, while the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model may be listed at €569.
If these figures translate similarly to the Indian market, the standard Phone (4a) is likely to be introduced at under ₹35,000. The Phone (4a) Pro, meanwhile, could begin below ₹45,000. Nothing has yet to officially confirm India pricing.

Nothing Phone (4a) series: Sale timeline and availability
The Nothing Phone (4a) is expected to go on sale in India and across Europe from March 12, 2026. The Pro variant is tipped to become available later, from March 26.
In India, both smartphones will be sold via Flipkart, where a dedicated microsite has already gone live. Customers will also be able to purchase the devices at Nothing (R), the company’s first physical retail store in the country.
The launch event, titled “Nothing Built Different”, will be streamed live from Central Saint Martins in London at 10:30am GMT, which corresponds to 4pm IST.
Nothing Phone (4a) series: Expected specifications and features
Leaks indicate that the Nothing Phone (4a) series could arrive with a larger AMOLED display offering 1.5K resolution. One report points to a 6.83-inch screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, while another suggests a 6.78-inch panel with adaptive refresh rate support ranging between 30Hz and 120Hz.
Nothing is also believed to be working on an upgraded version of its signature Glyph interface. The new iteration, reportedly called Glyph Matrix, may expand the LED notification system further.
Battery life improvements over the previous Phone (3a) are anticipated, along with support for fast charging speeds of up to 50W. The devices are tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, which has recently surfaced on benchmarking platforms.
On the camera front, the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro is rumoured to feature a 50MP Sony primary sensor with optical image stabilisation. Reports suggest it may support zoom levels of up to 140x. The Pro model could also adopt a unibody aluminium frame aimed at better heat dissipation during extended usage.
The standard Phone (4a) is expected to offer a triple 50MP rear camera system, including support for 0.6x ultra-wide shooting and zoom capabilities of up to 70x. For selfies and video calls, a 32MP front-facing camera is likely.
The devices are tipped to retain Nothing’s distinctive transparent design language. The Phone (4a) series may also feature a Glyph Bar incorporating 63 mini-LED lights for notifications and alerts. Full specifications, confirmed pricing and additional details will be announced at the official launch event on March 5.
