Kochi: The emergence of Artificial intelligence (AI) has started to revolutionise various fields, using computers and machines to overcome limitations of human problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. 

Many entrepreneurs, including those from Kerala, have adopted innovative ideas to use AI to cater to various services. 

Chatveda, based in Kochi and founded by Keralites Abid Omar and Nikesh Ghosh, focuses on creating custom AI chatbots that provide lead generation and broadcast message services to enable business growth. The company has developed a platform, Genie, that allows users to use ChatGPT services in their messaging apps. Abid Omar revealed that companies could use the platform to provide better business solutions to the consumer. 

Meanwhile, a Kerala-based tech company, Totto, has launched an AI-based app called Cuddle (cuddleparents.com/ai) in prod support for couples going through the pregnancy phase and parenting. Totto was founded by CEO Jofin Joseph and his partner Anoop Irakkil. The app uses an AI Assistant called ‘Janani’ to understand the needs and provide parents with personalized recommendations and insights on various topics related to parenting.
