New Delhi: RJ Mahvash has once again sparked curiosity about her rumoured relationship with cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal. In a recent chat with Instant Bollywood, Mahvash couldn’t stop praising Chahal, calling him “humble,” “nice,” and “one of the most caring people” she’s ever met.

When asked which trait she’d love to steal from the cricketer, Mahvash said, “His niceness and how humble he is. He’s genuinely one of the most caring people you’ll ever come across. He’s always there for the ones he loves. I’d definitely steal that part of him.”

This sweet remark has once again turned the spotlight on their rumoured romance, which first surfaced during Chahal’s much-talked-about divorce proceedings. The two were also seen together at a Champions Trophy match in Dubai, fuelling speculation further.

Chahal had tied the knot with choreographer and influencer Dhanashree Verma in December 2020. The couple often shared glimpses of their life online and quickly became a social media favourite.

However, things took a turn when the pair was seen at Bandra Family Court in February 2025 to file for divorce by mutual consent. Although they asked for a waiver on the mandatory six-month waiting period, the court did not approve the request.

After staying apart for nearly a year and a half, the couple officially ended their marriage on 20 March 2025. Reports suggest Chahal paid Rs 4.75 crore as alimony to Dhanashree.

Meanwhile, Dhanashree recently shared a snippet from her new music video Dekha Ji Dekha Maine on Instagram. Many users left negative comments, accusing her of being a “gold digger.”

Neither Chahal nor Mahvash has confirmed anything about their relationship.
