New Delhi: Ola Electric Mobility Ltd has appointed Deepak Rastogi as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) following the resignation of Harish Abichandani, according to a regulatory filing made by the company.
The company’s board approved Rastogi’s appointment at its meeting held on January 19, 2026. He will take charge as CFO, along with being designated as a key managerial personnel and part of the senior management team, effective January 20, 2026.
Ola Electric also confirmed that Harish Abichandani stepped down from his role as CFO on January 19, 2026. In his resignation letter, Abichandani cited personal reasons for his decision to leave the company.
The leadership change comes at a crucial time for Ola Electric as the electric vehicle maker continues to expand its footprint in India’s fast-growing EV market and strengthen its financial operations.
