Gold and silver prices remained largely steady on July 24, with subdued global bullion trends keeping domestic rates under pressure. Gold continued to trade above the ₹1.42 lakh mark, while silver hovered close to ₹2.19 lakh.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold futures slipped around 0.36% to ₹1,42,300 per 10 grams, while silver futures also declined about 0.36% to ₹2,18,580 per kilogram.
