Wayanad: Rahul Gandhi has extended support to Adivasi students in Wayanad who do not have access to online classes. The Wayanad MP wrote to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Wayanad collector offering help.
Online classes began the previous day in Kerala in the context of schools remaining closed after COVID-19 outbreak. However, there were reports that hundreds of students in the district did not have access to online classes. Noticing this, Rahul Gandhi offered his helping hand.
Director of Public Instruction had stated the other day there are more than 2 lakh students in the state who do not have online learning facilities. He had promised that their participation in online classes would be ensured through other agencies.
