Kottiyoor: The Kottiyoor temple opened for devotees ahead of annual Vysakha Mahotsavam as the temple welcomed the arrival of ‘Bhandaram’ from Manathana Karimbanakkal Gopuram on Friday.
The procession was accompanied by two elephants and drums.

The procession reached Kottiyoor at midnight. Daily pujas commenced, starting with the ‘Jalabhishekam’ on ‘Swayambhu’.
