Kanyakumari: The departure of Train No. 22503 Vivek Express, which operates between Kanyakumari and Dibrugarh, has been rescheduled. As per railway authorities, the train, originally scheduled to leave Kanniyakumari at 5.25 pm on Saturday, April 26, will now depart at 7.30 pm, causing a delay of 2 hours and 5 minutes.
The rescheduling has been attributed to operational reasons. Passengers planning to board the Vivek Express from Kanyakumari are advised to take note of the revised timings to avoid any inconvenience. The Vivek Express is one of India's longest train services, connecting the southernmost tip of the country to its northeastern region, and serves thousands of passengers across its extensive route.
Railway officials have requested passengers to check real-time updates through official railway apps and enquiry services, especially considering the impact on connecting travel plans.
