Thiruvananthapuram: There is no conclusive evidence against Congress MP Hibi Eden in the Solar sex scandal case, according to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)’s report submitted before the court. The complainant has failed to produce evidence supporting her allegations, the report highlighted.

The CBI informed the court that it is winding up the probe in the case due to absence of scientific evidence. A total of six cases were registered over the sex scandal.

According to the case, the allegation was that Hibi Eden assaulted the complainant at the MLAs' hostel during the time of 2012 assembly polls.

Meanwhile, CBI informed the court that the agency has been probing the remaining five sex scandal cases.
