Kozhikode: Kerala Minister for Registration, VN Vasavan, announced that an agreement has been reached with the Revenue Department to complete mutation on the day of land deed registration, and this initiative will be implemented within this year itself.

Minister Vasavan made the announcement while inaugurating the Kozhikode Registration Complex online. The building's plaque was unveiled by Minister Ahmed Devarkovil.

The Kozhikode Registration Complex, equipped with modern facilities, was completed at a cost of Rs. 2.76 crore with the assistance of the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB). District Registrar (Audit), District Registrar (General), Registration Deputy Inspector General of North Region, and Chitty Audit offices will be relocated to the new building.

Minister Ahmed Devarkovil, mayor Beena Philip also attended the event.
