Kozhikode: The health condition of Malayalam writer M T Vasudevan Nair remains serious but stable. Admitted to Baby Memorial Hospital in Kozhikode on the night of 15 December due to breathing difficulties, MT also suffered a heart attack during this time. However, no further deterioration in his condition has been observed.
A team of expert doctors is closely monitoring his progress in the ICU. While his condition remains serious, there has been a slight positive response to the medical treatment, including some movement in his limbs. The medical team, led by cardiologist Dr. Raghuram A Krishnan and critical care specialist Dr. Ajith K Gopal, confirmed notable improvement in MT Vasudevan Nair’s heart condition.
