Kollam: Congress leader and Kollam DCC president Bindu Krishna was arrested by police on Monday for violating lockdown norms. She had arrived at Collector’s office to submit a petition.
Police said, she violated the guideline that more than five persons should not assemble at a place.
The Congress activists accompanying her had arrived on bicycles from various parts of the district.
