Three people, including an eight-year-old child, died after a KSRTC bus collided with a car at Monippally in Kottayam, Kerala.

Kottayam (Kerala): Three people, including an eight-year-old child, died after a KSRTC bus and a car collided at Monippally on MC Road in Kottayam district, according to initial police reports. The victims were identified as K K Suresh Kumar, a woman, and a child from Karuppamparambil, Neendoor.
Three others sustained serious injuries in the crash and were rushed to a private hospital in Thellakom. Their condition remains critical.

Eyewitnesses reported that the car lost control and rammed into the oncoming KSRTC bus, leading to a severe impact that completely damaged the vehicle. Local residents and police teams pulled the passengers out of the wrecked car, but the three victims succumbed to their injuries.
The Kuravilangad police reached the scene, conducted initial procedures, and launched an investigation.
