
Thiruvananthapuram: A low pressure system in the Bay of Bengal has intensified and is expected to become a severe low pressure. The system is predicted to move northwestwards and reach the Tamil Nadu-Sri Lanka coast within the next two days.
Due to the expected heavy rains, a yellow alert has been issued for several districts in Kerala. The warning is in place until November 28, with a yellow alert for eight districts today (Tuesday).

Sabarimala weather
Rainfall is expected on Tuesday in Sabarimala, Sannidhanam, Pampa, and Nilakkal, with the possibility of thunderstorms and rain in the afternoon.
