Prize claim process
Winners must submit their prize claims within 30 days from the date of the draw.
For prizes above ₹5,000, winners are required to claim their winnings directly from the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries at Gorky Bhavan in Thiruvananthapuram. Meanwhile, prizes worth ₹5,000 or below can be collected from any authorised lottery retailer across Kerala.
How to check the results
After the draw is completed, ticket holders should follow these steps:
• Download the official Samrudhi SM-65 result PDF from the Kerala Lottery website.
• Compare the complete ticket number with the published list of prize-winning numbers.
• Verify the winning number against the notification released in the Kerala Government Gazette.
• Visit the nearest Kerala Lottery office for manual verification in case of any discrepancies or doubts.
Documents required
Prize winners must provide the following documents when claiming their winnings:
• The original winning ticket in good condition, with the winner’s signature on the reverse side.
• A self-attested photocopy of both sides of the winning ticket.
• A self-attested copy of the PAN card.
• Two recent passport-size photographs attested by a gazetted officer.
• A valid government-issued identity document, such as an Aadhaar card, Voter ID, passport or driving licence.
• A duly filled prize claim form with a Rs 1 revenue stamp affixed.
