Thiruvananthapuram: On Monday, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan extended his greetings to the public for Sri Krishna Jayanthi, a festival that celebrates the timeless values of love, trust, and the victory of good over evil. In a Facebook post, the Chief Minister highlighted how Lord Krishna is cherished by devotees for His qualities of love and care, referring to Him as Leela Krishna.
"As we celebrate Sri Krishna Jayanthi this year, may the festivities inspire us to stand strong against evil and fortify our trust and faith in the goodness of humanity. Warm wishes to all on this auspicious occasion of Sri Krishna Jayanthi," CM said.
