There are indications that, following further investigation, the agency may move towards attachment proceedings

Kochi: Actor Jayasurya has been summoned once again by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the Save Box app investment fraud case. He has been directed to appear before the agency on January 7, 2026. ED sources had already indicated a few days ago that Jayasurya would be summoned again.
Jayasurya was the brand ambassador of the Save Box app, and it is the agreement related to this role that has implicated the actor in the case. The ED believes that the money Jayasurya received as part of this contract was derived from the fraud committed by the company. Based on this assessment, the ED has decided to summon him again.
There are indications that, following further investigation, the agency may move towards attachment proceedings. More film personalities are also likely to be questioned in connection with the case.
