According to the IMD, from February 27 to 29, Kochi and Kollam districts are likely to experience higher temperatures of up to 38°C.
Likewise, the maximum temperature in Thiruvananthapuram, Alappuzha, and Ernakulam districts will be around 37°C on these two days.
The districts of Thrissur, Palakkad, Kozhikode, and Kannur may experience a rise in temperature of up to 36 °C on these days.
These districts are likely to witness 2°C to 4°C above normal temperatures over the next two days, according to the IMD bulletin.
Due to high temperatures and humidity, these districts, except for hilly areas, can expect to experience higher temperatures that can cause discomfort.
