Thiruvananthapuram: As per the directions of the Election Commission, the distribution of Onam kits in Puthuppally assembly constituency has been put on hold. Sanjay Kaul, the chief electoral officer of Kerala, has issued an order stating the same. A letter has been handed over to Kottayam district election officer regarding this. The decision has been taken in the backdrop of the Puthuppally bypoll.
