
Thiruvananthapuram: The decision regarding further relaxations in Covid curbs including the opening of dining at restaurants will be discussed at the Covid-19 review meeting to be held under the leadership of Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Saturday at 3.30 pm.
The restrictions are likely to continue in the wards where Weekly Infection Population Ratio (WIPR) is above 8. The decision on allowing dine-in facility at restaurants and increasing working time of shops till 10 at night will be taken in the meeting.
Also, the opening of cinema theatres and the permission to travel in buses by standing will also be considered despite the test positivity rate (TPR) persisting above 18 percent.
