Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announces feasibility study for the Dindigul–Sabarimala rail line, links Angamaly–Sabarimala project to land acquisition.

New Delhi: Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has stated that a feasibility study will be conducted for the proposed Dindigul–Sabarimala railway line. He also informed the Lok Sabha that construction of the Angamaly–Sabarimala railway line will begin once land acquisition is completed.
The Minister made these remarks during the Question Hour in the Lok Sabha.
However, he did not provide a clear response regarding the current status of land acquisition, despite questions raised by Pathanamthitta MP Anto Antony and others.
