Kozhikode: The Kozhikode Cyber Crime Police have registered a case against a person for defaming Minister for Public Works and Tourism P A Mohammed Riyas on social media.

The case is pertaining to the morphing of the Minister's photo on Facebook. The person used obscene text along with Riyas’ two morphed images.
