Kochi: Visuals of the accused describing the incident of how he pushed the TTE from the train are out. The accused, Rajnikanta Ranajith (40), described the whole incident to the RPF and railway police without any remorse. 

‘I pushed him like this and he fell’, this is how he described the whole incident to the police while lying down on a seat.

Meanwhile, the train vendor who witnessed the incident responded that the accused Rajnikanta, and pushed the TTE from behind. The witness also said that the accused also reeked of alcohol.

The TTE was killed when he was pushed out of the moving train by Rajnikanta, a passenger, in a dispute that broke out between the two regarding a ticket. Vinod fell on the track en route to Thrissur from Shoranur. It is also said that another train coming from the opposite direction had hit Vinod when he fell outside.
