While both online and offline submission options exist, offline applicants often face higher rejection rates, mostly because of avoidable slip-ups.

‘Current profession’ — Answer smartly: Many applicants hesitate here. While writing “Unemployed” is allowed, some profiles (for example, married applicants in higher age brackets) may invite additional scrutiny. If applicable, mentioning realistic categories like:
Farmer, Labourer, Private tuition can help align your details more naturally with verification checks.
Bank details = No room for messy writing
Your bank info must be crystal clear:
- Bank name
- Branch
- Account number
- Illegible digits = payment delays or failed transfers.
