Popular Indian YouTuber and motovlogger Anurag Dobhal, also known as UK07 Rider, left fans in shock on Saturday after attempting suicide during an Instagram Live session while driving at high speed on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway. The video, which has since gone viral, shows Dobhal in visible distress as he accelerates his Toyota Fortuner to over 150 km/h before crashing into the median barriers.

Dobhal, who has a massive online following, appeared emotionally overwhelmed in the livestream, speaking about feelings of loneliness and despair. He can be heard crying and pleading for love from his mother, saying, "And I hope... Agle janam aaun mummy, to pyaar de dena bas, pyaar de dena babu. Bahut zaroorat thi pyar ki. (When I return in my next birth, please give me love, mummy. I desperately needed love)".

Following the crash, Dobhal was taken to Subharti Hospital, where he is receiving medical care. Officials have not provided further details regarding the severity of his injuries.

Livestream captures emotional turmoil

During the Instagram Live, Dobhal told viewers, "Log hi nahi bache hai yaar jisko phone karu (There’s no one left, yaar, whom I can call), let’s go for a final ride,” before deliberately crashing the vehicle. The session, watched by more than 82,000 followers, showed him overtaking buses and other vehicles while visibly struggling to contain his emotions.

In previous videos, Dobhal openly discussed severe family conflicts and mental distress. In a vlog titled "The last message," he accused his parents and brother of mentally harassing him over his intercaste marriage to Ritika Chauhan. He described the harassment in detail: "Mere se haath judwayege, pair padwayege. Mere se sorry bulwaya gaya saare relatives ke saamne. Papa aur Mumma ne iss level tak torture kiya ki bola ki naa hum khush rahenge naa tujhe khush rehne denge. (I was made to fold my hands and beg, made to touch their feet. I was forced to apologise in front of all the relatives. Dad and Mum tortured me to the extent that they said, ‘We will neither stay happy ourselves nor let you stay happy’)"

Dobhal also alleged that Ritika had left him due to family pressure. He said he had gone without proper food for several days and was struggling with severe depression, adding, "Mujhe samajh nahi aa raha kaise yeh feeling eliminate karoon. Iss video ke baad shayad main gayab ho jaaunga. Main bas sona chahta hoon. 5 din se kuch khaya nahi hai, dimaag ekdum khatam ho gaya hai. (I don’t understand how to eliminate this feeling. After this video, maybe I will disappear. I just want to sleep. I haven’t eaten anything for five days; my mind feels completely exhausted)"

Family dispute and public allegations

Dobhal’s brother, Kalam Dobhal, posted videos and screenshots online accusing the YouTuber of fabricating the crisis for attention and of allegedly physically assaulting his wife. The controversy follows a history of Dobhal building a social media empire, owning a garage full of luxury cars and bikes, and earning a spot on Bigg Boss 17, India’s popular reality TV show.

Rise to fame and personal struggles

Despite his fame as one of India’s best-known motovloggers, he spoke about feeling abandoned and unsupported, seeking love and encouragement while grappling with mental health challenges. "Over the last few months, meri life itni drastically change hui hai ki maine kabhi nahi socha tha ki zindagi aise patak ke chhod degi," he said in one video.
