Srinagar: In a major development in the investigation into the Delhi blast case, the Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) conducted coordinated searches at approximately 13 locations across the Kashmir Valley today, officials confirmed.

The operation was carried out jointly with the CID wing and forms part of the ongoing inquiry into the deadly explosion in Delhi.

Sources said the searches targeted multiple sites across the region, with detentions and recoveries expected in connection with the probe.

A senior official stated: “These searches are part of the ongoing probe into the Delhi blast case,” underscoring the widening scope of the investigation.

The raids mark a significant escalation in efforts by security agencies to trace links and gather evidence, following the blast that shook the national capital.

As of now, the authorities have yet to publicly confirm whether any arrests or major seizures have been made in today’s operation.

The development comes amid heightened scrutiny of terror-related networks and a broader crackdown in the Kashmir region. Further updates are awaited as the investigation progresses.
