First-year student brutally assaulted and given electric shocks by seniors in Palnadu college ragging incident. Disturbing video goes viral.

Palnadu: A shocking incident of ragging has been reported from Government Junior College in Dachepalli, located in Andhra Pradesh’s Palnadu district. A first-year student was allegedly brutally assaulted by a group of second-year students, all minors, along with the reported involvement of an outsider.
The victim, who resides in the Backwards Classes (BC) hostel, was reportedly taken to the hostel premises where the group subjected him to sustained physical abuse. The attack included beatings, threats, and even electric shocks.
A disturbing video of the assault has gone viral on social media, triggering public outrage. The footage shows the victim being slapped, kicked, and surrounded by a group of assailants. At one point, the boy is seen sitting on the ground while another sits in front of him on a chair. One of the boys is then seen bringing a live wire close to the victim. Visibly terrified, the victim begs with folded hands, pleading not to be shocked.
According to reports, the victim's parents have filed a complaint with the local police.
