Bhopal: The Board of Secondary Education in Madhya Pradesh announced the results for Class 10 and Class 12 examinations on Wednesday, with 73.42 percent of Class 10 students and 76.01 percent of Class 12 students successfully clearing the exams, officials confirmed.

Class 12 records best performance in 16 years

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said the Class 12 results mark the best performance in the past 16 years. He attributed this improvement to developments in the state’s education system.

While announcing the results, Yadav highlighted that government schools have performed better than private schools this year.

“The exam results of government schools are 76.80 percent and those of private schools are 68.84 percent. There is an 8 percentage point difference. This reflects the conducive environment and quality education system at Sandipani schools,” he said.

Yadav congratulated all students who passed the examinations and encouraged those who did not succeed to remain positive.

“This is just a school exam, not the final stage of life. With continued hard work and dedication, success will surely follow,” he said.

Second Exams for failed students

CM Yadav also informed that the state board is going to conduct the board examination for a second time next month in May, providing another opportunity to those High School and Higher Secondary students who, for any reason, failed in their examinations.
