A Jalandhar street vendor has taken India’s favorite snack to the next level by creating over 200 types of samosas — from noodle and macaroni to bhindi and mushroom! His creativity has left the internet in equal parts amazed, amused, and alarmed.

Amritsar: Who says samosas have to stick to potatoes? Definitely not this man from Jalandhar, Punjab — who has declared war on boring snacks. Meet the viral street vendor whose samosa stall has become a full-blown laboratory of fried imagination.
His claim to fame? Not one, not ten, but over 200 types of samosas — yes, you read that right — stuffed with everything from noodles and macaroni to mushrooms, bhindi, and who-knows-what-next. If it can be cooked, this man can samosa-fy it.
In a now-viral video shared by foodpandits on Instagram, the vendor proudly flips through his Encyclopedia of Samosas, showing off a menu that could give any fine-dining restaurant a run for its money (or sanity). Each variety is made fresh, lovingly stuffed, wrapped in that iconic golden crust, and deep-fried till it looks good enough to post — if not eat.
But the internet, of course, is divided — because what’s innovation without outrage?
While some users applauded the creativity, others declared it a crime against carbs.
“Bhai tum log kachra bhi kha loge Oye Hoye karke,” one user commented. “Dekho bhindi samosa, dekho macaroni samosa… mood kharab kar diya,” wrote another. “Papite ka bhi banao!” suggested a third (and honestly, let’s hope not).
Still, the haters can’t stop the hype. The stall has now turned into a local tourist attraction, with people queuing up to try everything from noodle samosas to paneer pizza versions. Because when it comes to samosas, curiosity always beats caution.
So if you ever find yourself in Jalandhar, follow the scent of sizzling oil and questionable life choices — and you just might find the man who turned India’s most-loved snack into a 200-item wonderland.
