Jeh Aerospace launches Mach 2, AI-powered factory boosting Hyderabad aerospace production and global supply chains.

Jeh Aerospace has launched a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility named Mach 2, marking a major step in its vision to build one of the world’s most digitally advanced aerospace factories. The new facility, located at Horizon Industrial Park in Kothur near Hyderabad, covers 200,000 sq ft and nearly quadruples the company’s current presence in the city. With this addition, Jeh Aerospace’s total manufacturing footprint in Hyderabad has now expanded to over 250,000 sq ft.
Mach 2 has been designed as a software-defined and AI-powered “Future Factory” that brings together advanced technologies such as autonomous machining, digital twins and closed-loop quality-control systems. These capabilities will help the company produce aerospace components with greater speed, consistency and precision.
“Our new Hyderabad facility is being engineered as a software-defined, AI-augmented system that can think, adapt and execute with precision at scale,” said Vishal Sanghavi, Founder and CEO of Jeh Aerospace. “It reflects our belief that the future of aerospace manufacturing lies in combining talent, technology and transformation.”
Jeh Aerospace has built a strong order book of over $150 million in just 18 months, indicating rapidly rising global demand for its precision-manufactured parts. The new facility is expected to significantly increase production capacity, speed up automation and strengthen the company’s digital supply chain for international customers.
The expansion comes at a time when global aerospace manufacturing is witnessing rising production rates and a growing need for dependable suppliers. Jeh Aerospace is positioning itself to meet this demand by investing in more automation, advanced machining technologies and scalable digital systems.
In August, the company raised $11 million in a funding round led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing investor General Catalyst. Jeh Aerospace, which started as a seed-stage company and has grown to a 100-plus team in just 18 months, is part of a new generation of manufacturers attempting to digitise an industry still dependent on traditional machining methods.
The Mach 2 facility will specialise in manufacturing complex, flight-critical engine and aerostructure components at much higher volumes. “Mach 2 will allow us to manufacture complex components faster, with higher precision and far greater consistency,” Sanghavi said. “It strengthens our supply chain resilience and ensures we can support our customers’ increasing production requirements.”
Urvish Rambhia, CEO of Horizon Industrial Parks, said that the Kothur industrial park represents the next generation of sustainable and globally competitive industrial infrastructure. The park is designed to support companies like Jeh Aerospace that rely on high-end automation, digital operations and efficient logistics.
Backed by leading investors such as General Catalyst, Elevation Capital and IndiGo Ventures, Jeh Aerospace continues to invest in advanced infrastructure, proprietary software-led process control and global talent, aiming to build the aerospace supply chain of the future.
Jeh Aerospace currently employs more than 120 people, a significant increase achieved in less than two years. With the Mach 2 facility coming online and expanding production capacity nearly threefold, the company expects its workforce to at least double in the next phase.
