Congress’ X handle attacks PM Modi on 75th birthday; leaders including Kharge, Rahul Gandhi send wishes.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi turned 75 on Wednesday, with prominent personalities from across the country recalling personal experiences with him.
Union home minister Amit Shah, chess legend Viswanathan Anand, actor R Madhavan, cricketer Mohammed Siraj, businessperson Uday Kotak, actor-politician Pawan Kalyan, former cricketer Krishnamachari Srikkanth and actor-producer Nagarjuna Akkineni were among those who shared stories.
All videos, posted on the X platform, carried the common hashtag #MyModiStory.
The Congress , however, set a different tone. On its official X handle, the party shared an AI-generated video featuring a lookalike of businessman Gautam Adani. The character in the clip said: “Narendra Modi is a long time loyalists. He has not turned down on any of my demands, whether it factories, lands, tenders or deals. He made all that in my name. This is my modi story.” It had the common hashtag #MyModiStory.
The party also observe the day as Rashtriya Berozgari Diwas, posting the slogan: “Naukri Chor, Gaddi Chhod!” (Job looter, please exit from throne).
Leaders strike a different note
In contrast to the party’s sharp posts, senior Congress leaders opted for polite greetings.
Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge wrote: “Best wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji on his birthday. May he be blessed with good health and long life.”
Rahul Gandhi too conveyed wishes: “Wishing Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji a happy birthday and good health.”
Another message read: “Birthday greetings to Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi Ji. Wishing you good health and a long life.”
Congress MP Manickam Tagore joined them: “Wishing Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji a happy 75th birthday and good health.”
