Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri on Tuesday underscored the recent designation of The Resistance Front (TRF) by the United States as a Foreign Terrorist Organisation (FTO) and a Specially Designated Global Terrorist.

He stated, “On the TRF’s role in Pahalgam, you are aware of recent developments in that regard. The United States State Department has recently designated the TRF as a Foreign Terrorist Organization and a Specially Designated Global Terrorist, and as a proxy of the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba.”
