Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate 184 newly constructed Type-VII Multi-Storey Flats for Members of Parliament (MPs) at Baba Kharak Singh Marg, New Delhi, on August 11, 2025.
The project was undertaken to address the shortage of housing for MPs. Due to limited land availability, the emphasis was on a vertical housing development to optimize land use and minimize maintenance costs.

- The complex is also Divyang-friendly and built to be earthquake-resistant. A robust security system has been implemented to ensure the safety of all residents.
